Yoga means union – the body and mind coming together as one. I teach to remind myself of it and because I know the practice to be transformational – a way to check in on the mat to decide how to step off it. (And its a great way to sweat and feel better!) My classes are based in yoga philosophy and are playful, meditative, and rooted in self-care.
